Description
The shanghai dumpling is thin and juicy and the soup is full of flavor with a light bite.
Ingredient: chicken, chicken stock, green onion, cabbage, ginger, salt and sugar
Cooking method :-
- It is recommended to defrost it in the refrigerator (at 0°C) the day before you enjoy it, and defrost it only after thawing.
- Put the steaming rack in the pot and add appropriate amount of water. After the water boils, put the small soup bag into the steaming rack and cover the pot.
- Steam the small soup dumplings on high heat for 7 minutes.
烹饪方式 :-
- 建议享用的前一天拿去冷藏(0度处)解冻,解冻后才解封。
- 锅中放入蒸架后加入适当水量,加热至水沸腾后,将小汤包放入蒸架盖上锅盖。
- 小汤包大火蒸7分钟即可。
