Description

The shanghai dumpling is thin and juicy and the soup is full of flavor with a light bite.
Ingredient: chicken, chicken stock, green onion, cabbage, ginger, salt and sugar

Cooking method :-

  1. It is recommended to defrost it in the refrigerator (at 0°C) the day before you enjoy it, and defrost it only after thawing.
  2. Put the steaming rack in the pot and add appropriate amount of water. After the water boils, put the small soup bag into the steaming rack and cover the pot.
  3. Steam the small soup dumplings on high heat for 7 minutes.

烹饪方式 :-

  1. 建议享用的前一天拿去冷藏(0度处)解冻,解冻后才解封。
  2. 锅中放入蒸架后加入适当水量,加热至水沸腾后,将小汤包放入蒸架盖上锅盖。
  3. 小汤包大火蒸7分钟即可。
