Return & Refund Policy

All fresh items like frozen fish, mollusks, meat or poultry cannot be refunded or returened. Under special circumstances where the packages were broken or seal opened upon receiving of the order, please notify us at once. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within Seven (7) Working Days after the confirmation.
