How to cook 烹饪方式:

  1. Defrost in chiller  the day before you eat
  2. Now the meat is thicker and cut three times (no need to cut) so that the heat can easily penetrate inside
  3. oven, air flyer, infrared electric oven, heat 150°C, bake for 15 minutes
  4. After 15 minutes, turn to 200°C and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Contains sauce to defrost and enjoy

  2. 现在肉比较厚切三刀(不必砍断)让热度容易渗透里面
  3. 烤箱、空气炸锅、红外线电烤箱热度150°C  烘15分钟
  4. 15分钟后转200°C 烘10分钟即可,
  5. 包含酱汁解冻即可享用
