Delivery Policy
Order Handling Time
All orders placed before 11.59pm of the day will be delivered on the next working day. If you have a preferred delivering date, you may notify us on your order. Once your order is placed, a shipment notification will be sent to your email for your reference.
Shipping Time
We strive to deliver your favorite food to you as soon as possible. Most orders will be delivered on the next day however delivery time could be delayed if there’s a public holiday or if you have an urgent request, please do not hesitate to contact us through WhatsApp or email.
Our Standard delivery service is
Monday to Friday Between 1pm to 6pm
Saturday Between 11am-6pm
Shipping Fee
Shipping / Delivery Fee is at flat rate of RM15 for Kota Kinabalu area and Penampang area, any orders above RM150 will receive free delivery service.

Area: Kota Kinabalu, Penampang, Sepangar, Putatan, Menggatal
If your address is not our delivery coverage, please let us know so we can try to arrange a special delivery for you.
Missing / Damage / Lost Item
If you find any mistake or damage when receiving your order parcel, please kindly contact us within 2 hours for replacement. All fresh items are not refund and returnable.
Self-Pick-Up
For same day pickup, orders must be made and paid before 12pm and collection can be made from 3.30pm until 6pm at
